A Date Night to Remember at Home

When you’re married it’s important to have some time together to share how life’s treating you, what’s been happening at work/home and to make sure you don’t grow apart and realise the reasons you became married in the first place. So the lovely guys at Date Night heard my calls for something great to do with Mrs P and literally delivered a date night to our door. So after Dorothy was sound asleep, I opened up a special bottle of Red bought for us by my in-laws, fired up some candles and we started our Date Night! At home! Date Night at HomeAnd wow what a surprise we were in for! You see the guys over at Date Night has looked at how we do things and thought clever about it. Everything is consumed in a subscription basis and why should our dates be too! Our relationships with loved ones are so important so why can’t we guarantee a devoted evening once a month or quarter. It’s vital.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”10433″ img_size=”medium” alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]

Opening up the beautifully crafted box we were given our instructions and were informed that a “Chocolate Extravaganza” was on it’s way.

You see I love Chocolate and I’m also on a Dad Diet but as it’s a one off what the hell! (Sorry Rory, my nutritionist, happy wife happy life right 🙂 We were shortly advised to find a Spotify playlist dedicated for our date and we were not disappointed by the tracks included which while not being chocolate themed, were as smooth as some of the chocolate we tasted. Looking through the box, we had a number of cards detailing the evening’s extravaganza and there were a number of tasks involved with making this as special as possible. I’m not going to give all of them away should you receive this box but below are a number of images to show you how much fun we had:[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row css=”.vc_custom_1477780294586{padding-top: 25px !important;background-color: #ffffff !important;}”][vc_column][vc_images_carousel images=”10442,10440,10439,10435″ autoplay=”yes” css=”.vc_custom_1477781470652{background-color: #ffffff !important;}”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]We had a number of tasks to do involving chop sticks, chocolate coated champagne glasses to go with our sparkling 🙂 (Which was included too), a Taste, Smell, Touch Chocolate Guessing Game and some chocolate stirrers to finish. Overall it was an amazing experience and we really did love everything about the box. We had a night to ourselves, in our house, where we shared stories, had a laugh and using the tasks found out a lot about each other that surprisingly we didn’t know. It’s made me think that there’s no excuse not to have a date night in the future, we just need to change the way we look at it. Thanks Date Night and remember, Netflix and Chocolate :)[/vc_column_text][vc_separator color=”black” align=”align_left” border_width=”3″][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”10438″ img_size=”medium” onclick=”link_image”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_cta h2=”Order Your Date Night” h4=”Use code: CORPDAD25 to get 25% Off” style=”flat” color=”mulled-wine” add_button=”right” btn_title=”Get Your Date Night” btn_style=”outline” btn_shape=”square” btn_color=”white” btn_size=”sm” btn_align=”center” btn_button_block=”true” btn_add_icon=”true” btn_link=”url:https%3A%2F%2Fwww.getdatenight.co.uk%2Fjourneys%2Fsubscribestep1||target:%20_blank”][/vc_cta][/vc_column][/vc_row]]]>
