What a 5 years it's been! #WeddingAnniversary

On this day 5 years ago, 21 Jump Street was in the cinema and Carly Rae Jepson had her number 1 with Call me Maybe! Wow. But apart from those monumental events in history, another life changing event happened for me. Today was the day that I’d always dreamed of and also never thought would happen. One which even up to the moment I saw her arrive, felt that it was all a dream. For the 13th of April 2012 is a day immortalised in the Palmer household for it’s the day Rachel, Beth and I became the Palmers. That special day shared with friends and those family that could attend, where you say your vows before God and commit your life for richer and poorer. We’ve had some amazing times in the last 5 years, we’ve watched Beth grow up into an amazing and clever young adult, bought our forever home, built a great friendship group, bought a few cars :(, been abroad a number of times, seen the sights of the UK, climbed mountains and lastly saw the long time arrival of Dorothy to increase the Palmers by one more. It’s not all been amazing and we’ve had some very hard times, but throughout it all, with unwavering commitment to ourselves and our futures, we’ve battled on as one.
