DadDiet update! 15.6kg lost

So the DadDiet has been on a constant battle since hitting 105kg at the start of the year.

With a new job throwing routine out of the window, lots of travel, hotel stays, birthdays and of course stress and being busy, diet has taken a conscious back seat. That’s not to say I’ve slipped back to my old way, more that I can’t be prepared and I’m less regimented.

With an increase in exercise up to our charity date in April, I’m at my lowest weight for years! Even though I’ve not been regimented I’ve still used @rff_nutrition teachings and made it work. Training has helped and also drinking loads of water.

So I’m under 16stone, nearly 16kg down with more muscle density and looking my best. What a couple of months and there’s still loads to go!
