Empower your team with up-to-date technology

This can be incredibly overbearing but it also shows a lack of faith in their ability to work efficiently and be productive. It’s perfectly understandable that you want to watch over certain employees to ensure they’re getting their work done, but eventually, you’ll want to try and reduce the amount of time you spend micromanage and trust that they’ll be able to make the right decisions and be productive in the workplace.

A balance of micromanagement and letting your employees approach problems on their own is necessary in order to truly create a positive workplace that can inspire your employees to be more productive in the workplace. It gives them more freedom to approach work-related problems with their own solutions and it allows them to feel like a bigger part of your business.
