Had the privilege of visiting the shop launch at @Smiggle_UK in the Arndale Centre in Manchester.
It was described by Mrs P as a Australian Stationary shop with a twist, and what a twist.
From neon day glo pens, to random kitten pencil cases and my personal favourite, A Magic 8 Ball Watch.
My desk at work is very boring with not a lot of brighten it up so this was a perfect opportunity to pick up an essential addition. Now I had to ask the Mystical Watch first!
As you can see it clearly works because I’m not the owner of some new Highlighters that are lego style and are easily the brightest thing on all the desks. Plus as they’re stackable they give me something to play with while I’m on hold and also very good for not getting lost. We had a great time at Smiggle and my teenager found bits that she loved and our cousin Charlie also saw bits that he liked. He didn’t like this 🙂
Overall a great morning and we also got a free Boost drink which filled us all up into the late hours! Which wasn’t bad considering we also visited a Lego Conference. Cheers Smiggle, while I may only be back to pick up your MAD stapler, I’m sure my girls will be back sooner.]]>
