If you are looking for a way to get a little closer to your daughter, you will probably be keen to think about a few different ways in which you might do so. Often some of the experiences which seem almost a little cliche here are actually going to be the best, and you should think about them if you hope to make sure that you are going to be able to bond with your daughter as best as possible. In fact, these experiences are well-known for the very reason that they are enjoyable, and that they genuinely do provide a great bonding experience for you and your daughter. In this post, we are going to take a look at three of the best father-daughter bonding activities which you might want to consider. Any of these are bound to help you get a little closer to your daughter in no time.
Sports
If You have a favoured sport, trying to get your daughter involved in it can be a great way to spend time together. Not only do you get to exercise and feel good from that, but you will be paying homage to a long tradition of this kind of activity between father and daughter. What’s more, you will find there is real feeling of manhood that comes from doing this, and it is something which you should definitely consider. Of course, you will want to make sure that you choose a sport which both of you are likely to enjoy, and that it is something you can actually play together easily enough without outside disturbance. But whether it is golf or tennis or football, you are bound to find that this is one of the best ways in which you can possibly bond with your daughter at all.
Fishing
A real classic here, and something which you have probably considered doing at some point or another, even if you have never actually got around to doing it. Fishing, let’s be honest, is hard, but it is for that reason that it can provide a great bonding experience between a father and a daughter. After all, you are going to have to work together to try and get to grips with what you need to do, and should you even manage to get a fish out of it, there will be a great feeling of success as a result. To go fishing you’ll need to visit Baitworks.com and find some decent bait, and you will have to either buy or, more likely, borrow or rent a line. You will also need to find somewhere that you can legally fish and which is likely to actually provide you with fish to hopefully catch.
Woodwork
Finally, something that is always going to bring you closer together is anything in which you are building or making something. Woodwork is especially good for this, and you will find that building a woodworking bench together can make for a useful and interesting first joint project. If nothing else, you can make something for the home, and enjoy the feeling of feeling useful together.]]>

Tracking my walking on @fitbit is great but also a pain. Seeing how far behind you are others when sat at a desk can be demoralising. @thatchamdad is currently the inspiration at the top of the table and the fuel for my feet. My @hottershoes walking shoes are going to be in for the long haul as this is early days in bigger adventures. 27 2
